I’m Amanda, nice to meet you!
I am based in Rutland UK, recently named the best place to live in the UK and where as one of my clients put it ‘every day feels like a weekend’
Many of my bigger clients are London based and I still love going there to work but I am very much a Country girl through and through.
I am a mum to a very energetic 5 year old and we have two miniature Schnauzers (the best dogs hands down)
MY STORY BEGAN 11 YEARS AGO
Every story has a beginning and this is mine. I can’t quite believe it has been 11 years since I first picked up a camera. I am still learning every day and loving every minute of it.

THE BEGINING
I first got the photography bug about 11 years ago when my then boyfriend (now husband) took me to the Lake District. That Christmas he bought me my first camera and I remember being so focused on how to make the background blurry, oh how much had to learn!

I TOOK MY FIRST PAID CLIENT
10 Years ago I had my first ‘real’ paying client. My Photography journey has taken me all over the world, training in places like Paris, Miami, Amsterdam, Dublin and of course back to the Lake District where it all began. I worked predominantly on weddings in the beginning but after setting up my own networking group locally I began photographing other local businesses and found a real passion for helping other businesses tell their stories.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY
I now work all over the UK, documenting large corporate events, photographing Solopreneurs and helping other small businesses share their brand stories. My work in the Hospitality space has allowed me to travel and I love bringing each space to life with my storytelling images.
I knew that I had found my dream path and suddenly everything made sense…
